Strahovi i fobije - Kako ih prevazići?

Plašim se/imam fobiju od:

  • Buba
  • Pauka
  • Zmija
  • Visine
  • Vode
  • Zatvorenog prostora
  • Doktora
  • Igle
  • Društva (socijalna fobija)
  • Ispita
  • Nastupa
  • Siromaštva
  • Besparice
 
 

Šta je strah?

Strah je emocija koja deluje kao upozorenje koju proizvodi umišljena opasnost. Ovo je naš osnovni odbrambeni mehanizam i reaguje na određeni stimulus, kao što je bol ili opasnost. Ukratko, strah je mogućnost prepoznavanja opasnosti i izbegavanja ili borbe protiv iste. Strah se gotovo uvek odnosi na događaje koji se još nisu desili (u budućnosti) ali može biti i reakcija na nešto što se trenutno dešava.

Vrste strahova

Strah može biti spoljni i unutrašnji:

  • Spoljni strah prouzrokuje nešto što je izvan nas i nešto zašto smo visoko motivisani da izbegavamo, npr. Strah od zmija.
  • Unutrašnji strah je nešto izvan nas a koje povezujemo sa nekom negativnom emocijom, npr. Strah dobijen od nedostatka samopouzdanja.

Kako se doživljava strah?

Strah se može doživeti na različite načine, počev od skretanja pažnje pa do fobije i paranoje. Doživljavanje straha se potiskuje duboko u podsvesni um i tamo ostaje dugo vremena posle događaja potom čega se često manifestuje u vidu noćnih mora. Strah se takođe može doživeti u društvu velike grupe ljudi što dovodi do socijalne fobije i može preći u histeriju.

Kako dobijamo strah?

Strah je nešto što čovek nauči, to jest stiče se učenjem. Istraživanja pokazuju da ljudi nauče strah bez obzira na to da li su sami doživeli traumatično emotivno iskustvo ili posmatrali nekog drugog kako doživljava traumu.

Pošto je strah naučeno ponašanje, može se trajno promeniti učenjem novog ponašanja kroz naš Program Ličnog Razvoja .
